What ‘verifying documents are accepted’?

Accepted documents include a resale certificate, business license, seller’s permit, interior design certification, trade membership proof, or other documents that verify your business activity.

Who qualifies to join the OLH Trade Program?

The OLH Trade Program is open to professionals and businesses involved in designing spaces, sourcing products, or purchasing for resale.

Eligible applicants include:

  • Stocking dealers and retail stores
  • Independent designers
  • Interior design studios
  • Architecture firms
  • Staging companies
  • Trade showrooms

If your business fits one of these categories, you’re welcome to apply for access to trade pricing and program benefits.

How long does account approval take?

We keep the review process quick. Once your details and documents are submitted, most applications are reviewed within 1 to 2 business days.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

No. Trade members can order in the quantity they need, without minimum order requirements.

How do I get sales tax exemption on B2B purchases?

To set your account as tax-exempt, go to your account dashboard and select the “Convert to Trade Account” option. Complete the required form and upload your tax exemption certificate.
