What qualifies as “Sale”?
Current styles offered at a temporary promotional price. Availability is limited and pricing may change without notice.
Will Sale items match existing sets or coordinating pieces (e.g., coverlet & sham)?
No. We do not guarantee exact color or dye-lot matching between any pieces or sets—coverlets with their shams, quilts with shams, sheets with pillowcases, etc. Slight shade variations are normal across production runs, and small differences may be visible when pieces are compared side by side. This policy applies only to items purchased on Sale/Clearance.
Are Sale items final sale?
Yes—Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please review your cart carefully before checkout. (See Returns & Refunds Policy)
What if my Sale item arrives damaged or defective?
Report shipping damages within 7 days of delivery. Genuine manufacturing defects are covered by our 90-day limited warranty; we’ll repair, replace, or refund after review. (See Damaged & Defective Return Policy)
